Q: How does your service work?

Once you get preapproved for an auto loan you contact one of Members AutoChoice’s (MAC) representatives and let them know what type of vehicle you are looking for. They will take your order and also offer knowledgeable suggestions and opinions on the vehicle. After the vehicle has been located and MAC confirms with you that we have the vehicle you requested, it will be delivered to the GFCU branch of your choice. All paper work will be completed at the branch and often in less than an hour we’ll have you on the road in your new vehicle. For more details, click here .

Q: Do I have to be preapproved?

Yes. Unless paying cash for the vehicle, preapproval is necessary for us to track down the exact car you want and deserve. The application process is fairly painless, and you can apply online here. Learn more about credit here.

Q: Where do your cars come from?

MAC has access to a vast array of local dealers and wholesalers and can tap the resources of local and nationwide auctions. Also, MAC buys cars direct from private owners. We have many sources available at our disposal, so we’re pretty good at finding exactly what you’re looking for! Use the form to your upper right of this page to request a car today.

Q: Do you provide Autocheck or Carfax with every vehicle?

Yes.

Q: Are all of your vehicles inspected before you sell them?

Yes. The vehicles we get from local dealers have already been inspected and serviced by them. The vehicles we acquire through wholesalers or auction or private sales are serviced and inspected by our independent repair facility.

Q: Do you take trades?

Q: How do you evaluate my trade?

Your trade-in is evaluated by a visual inspection, consultation with a MAC representative, and multiple market reports based on the condition of your vehicle at the time of inspection.

Q: Do you offer cars with a warranty?

Yes. If it’s a new vehicle you get the full manufacturer warranty. If you buy a pre-owned vehicle and there is manufacturer’s warranty remaining then that is transferred to you.

Q: Do you offer extended warranties?

Yes. If you choose to have a prospective vehicle inspected by your own mechanic, simply make prior arrangements with your MAC representative.
